Darkling beetles are a major economic pest for the poultry industry.  Adults and larvae are readily and easily found in broiler and egg layer houses.   Prevention and control of these beetles is very difficult to achieve.  Several products are on the market for use against darkling beetles in broiler and egg layer houses.
